2019 was an amazing year for Cedar Ota Coffee. Tough but amazing. I have a ton of things I want to get moving in 2020 (My 2020 new year’s resolutions!) and I really want to focus on a few key traits. Commitment, Consistency, and Focus.
Never let "it’s not the right time" stop you (me) from getting to where we need to get!
This is my 2020 pep talk to myself partly inspired by Peter McKinnon's recent video "The Future of This Channel." In 2020 we are going to focus on the coffee roasting business and continuing its build out. I am also going to put a large focus on content creation and expanding my brand awareness. I will be posting informational videos on this process as well as roasting and hopefully an origin trip to Mexico sometime later in the year!
We have some big plans for 2020 (sample bags, content schedule, and merchandise) so really looking forward to working on some of that and rolling it out. 2020 has started! Let’s go get it! Love you all!
